The winery was established in 2000 and it produces 30,000 bottles annually. This is a family winery which combines green surroundings and a yard bathed in sunlight, with a cool barrel room saturated with the aroma of wine and wood.

The winery offers three series of wine: Avidan Blend Des Noirs, Avidan Reserve and Avidan Fringe, alongside small quantities of premium wines and aging wines. The visit to the winery includes an explanation on the wine production process, wine tastings, and the option of buying wines and olive oil at the visitor center store.

With prior notice, we can hold group gatherings together with lectures and wine tasting.

We also hold wine evenings which include explanations, stories and tastings.
